Kathmandu: Pashupati Renewables Limited through its fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) has decided to distribute a 10.34 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company successfully concluded with its AGM with the representation of over 95.66 percent of its shareholders. In addition, the AGM also approved to proceed with the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
Pashupati Renewables Chairman Dr. Sandip Shah presented the key achievements of the previous fiscal year and outlined upcoming strategic priorities. He affirmed the company's commitment to sustainable growth and the long-term interests of its shareholders.
Pashupati Renewables has been engaged in the promotion and development of solar energy, hydropower, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen projects in Nepal.
