Cosmic Electrical's MD Mahato Receives Prestigious 'Entrepreneur Engineer Excellence Award'

Kathmandu: Mahesh Mahato, Managing Director of Cosmic Electrical Limited (CEL), has received the 'Entrepreneur Engineer Excellence Award' from the Nepal Engineers’ Association (NEA) on the occasion of its 63^rd Engineers’ Day.

Mahato was recognized for his outstanding contributions to engineering-led entrepreneurship, sustainable infrastructure development, and job creation in Nepal and beyond through his leadership at CEL.

Under his guidance, Cosmic Electrical has successfully completed landmark EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model projects in power transmission, rural electrification, and clean energy solutions. He has set an ambitious goal to empower 50 million lives by 2035 through innovation, electrification, and global partnerships.

'This honor reflects our shared mission to build a better future through engineering excellence and social impact,' Mahato stated. This recognition adds to his growing list of accolades and reaffirms his commitment to national development through engineering innovation and entrepreneurship.

NEA is a national institution representing over 45,000 engineers across the Nepal.
