Chilime Hydro power announces 15% dividend

Kathmandu:  Chilime Hydro Power Company has announced dividend to its shareholders. Company has announced 15% dividend with 5% cash dividend and 10% share bonus from profit of paid-up capital till the last fiscal year. 

Similarly, the company has called annual general meeting to January 5 to pass the dividend of the company. The shareholder's registration book going be closed  December 24. The company's permanent shareholder will get the company's dividend until December 23.  

The 22.1 MW Project Chilime,  Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) holds majority ownership with 51% shareholding. Remaining 49% shareholding is from general public including 10% equity ownership of local people which located in Rasuwa district.
