The first step in the construction of infrastructure projects is comprehensive research, followed by its validation and implementation. This process involves mutual collaboration with stakeholders, particularly engineering consultancy services. Chilime Engineering and Services Company Ltd. (ChesCo), established 8 years ago, has been providing services in the field of hydropower initially, followed by road infrastructure, irrigation, and other related sectors.
